We hope you love your purchase! However, should you need to make a return, you will have 21 days from your order date to do so.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

You may return full priced items for a refund postmarked within 21 days of your order date.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Sale items and Beauty items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Drop offs are not accepted at the return address, nor are we able to accept web returns at the NYC store location located at 100 Stanton Street.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current full priced item for a refund.

The Frankie Shop is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

Customers within the United States

Please click on the returns link below and follow the prompts to prepare your return. (please note, the cost of your return label will be subtracted from your refund).

International Customers outside of the United States

Please ship your return to the address below using the trackable shipping carrier of your choice.  Kindly include the completed return form that comes inside your package (please note, all return packages must have a tracking number):

RECEIVE A REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
